We collect, analyse and publish equality data on our workforce regularly. We use this data to assess the effectiveness of our policies and to ensure that our staff are treated fairly and equitably.
Starting from 2012, we are publishing our employment diversity profile and providing information about how we use this data to monitor and improve our policies and staff experience in our Workforce Plan.
The regular publication of the Workforce Plan in 2020-21 was disrupted as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our diversity profile and associated data analysis for this year was published instead as Appendix 1 in the Equality Outcomes and Mainstreaming Report, 2021-2025 [PDF]
