Information access requests to NHS Education for Scotland
You have the right to request access to information held by any Scottish public authority, including NES, under three separate regimes:

Under the Public Records (Scotland) Act 2011, NES has a Records Management Plan [PDF] approved by the Keeper of the Records of Scotland. This was approved in April 2024.
