The Knowledge Network is the national online library and knowledge service for health and social care in Scotland. It is provided by knowledge services within NES Digital.
NES has an annual budget of £3.2m to provide the health and care workforce in Scotland access to evidence summaries, journals, databases and ebooks. These are accessed via The Knowledge Network website.
The Knowledge Network also hosts these specialist online resources:
Point of care resources help clinicians to find, share and apply evidence to practice to help deliver the best quality patient care. It aims to equip NHS Scotland with the knowledge and tools to deliver a world-class health service and facilitate change in practice at the frontline.
SSKS is the digital library search dedicated to social services in Scotland. It is a gateway to evidence and research to support practitioners in day-to-day work and in learning.
