Recruitment for Scottish Improvement Leader (ScIL) Cohort 36 and 37 is currently open.

Cohorts are open to colleagues working in Health and Social Care or Excellence in Care within:

• Golden Jubilee
• Greater Glasgow and Clyde
• Highland

As well as individuals working in national organisations/national roles.

Applications are also open to all other public sector employees across Scotland, including individuals supporting the Children and Young Peoples Improvement Collaborative (CYPIC).
