Reasonable adjustments and support for underperforming students in practice setting

NES has developed two Nursing, Midwifery, and Allied Health Professions (NMAHP) resources to support an underperforming student, and to support reasonable adjustments in the practice setting.

It should be noted that these are two stand-alone resources and there is not always a link between underperformance and a need for reasonable adjustment.

The resources were developed and promoted as part of a recent expression of interest in NES and are available on the Turas Learn site:

Watch this short animation for an overview of the resources.

The resources were promoted, and demonstrated, with a webinar. A recording of the webinar, presentation slides, and a questions and answers document are available on Turas Learn.

While developed for NMAHP colleagues, the resources also provide useful learning for a wider audience and are open to everyone to access for their own development, and to share with their teams.

Please take a look and share with colleagues.
