Project Lift community event series 2021 and 2022

In our last Project Lift community event series we explored the ‘what’ of good leadership, now we want to look at the ‘how’.

To help gain inspiration, connect, learn and grow as a welcoming community of leaders in health and social care, the upcoming series will build on the key indicators of good leadership.

We’ll do this through two broad types of events:

1. Courageous conversations of the moment: offering fresh perspectives on ongoing conversations, and opening up new ones, exploring the big questions of what it’s like to be a leader right now and what leaders need to be attending to.
2. Getting Practical: these events will hone in on the practical details of our day-to-day lives working in social care and health. We’ll focus on sharing learning, practical tips and advice with one another to bring back to our day job as leaders, regardless of level, role or organisation.

Our Project Lift community events are for anyone to attend across the wider health and social care system – regardless of role, level or experience.
