Newly developed Allyship Hub
Leading to Change have developed an Allyship Hub, to provide information about what allyship is and how to be an ally in practice.
The Hub hosts learning resources and shares best-practice guidance and stories from across the sectors, with the hope this will help to develop a network of active allies across health, social care and social work in Scotland.
The Allyship Hub contains a toolkit, with access to further resources and shines a light on diverse leaders at all levels across the sectors.
Everyone can use the resources for your own development, to share with your teams or to take part by sharing your story in a way that feels right for you.
We intend for the Allyship Hub to develop over time as we learn more and develop our network. We would love for you to take a look, share with colleagues and let us know your thoughts!
