Learning Needs Analysis for the Support Workforce
We recently surveyed Health Care Support Workers across NHS Scotland to identify their learning needs.
We asked HCSW from business, administration, estates and facilities about their learning and development. What impact, if any, had working through a pandemic had on their career development and aspirations?
This survey identified areas and topics people wanted to learn more about, such as specific skills to help them in their current role, to help them get a new job at a new or different level or to support a change in their career aspirations.
