Leading to Change – Open Conversations

Leading to Change are hosting a series of in person and online taster sessions. The sessions are for participants from health and social care to connect with others and:

• give details of Leading to Change’s current offers
• explore how this might connect with the work you do locally
• consider your current leadership opportunities and challenges
• offer a facilitated session on open conversations
• consider what leadership development offers you feel would support you in the future
• provide an opportunity for a Q&A session with the delivery team

In-person events will take place in Galashiels, Dundee and Inverness over the next few months as well as two digital sessions, taking place in May and June.
