GoodPractice - a learning and development resource on The Knowledge Network
Health and social care staff in the NHS and Scottish local authorities, and those working with them in the third and independent sectors, can access GoodPractice via the Knowledge Network with an NHS Scotland OpenAthens username.
What is GoodPractice?
A useful resource for staff and managers, GoodPractice houses non-clinical learning and development support tools.
It offers short videos, self-assessments, infographics, audio recordings, articles and interviews on a range of topics including:
- improvement
- customer service
- project management
- health and safety
- communication skills
- decision-making
- presentation skills
- wellbeing
- performance management
Resources fall into four categories:
- leadership and strategy
- managing people and teams
- personal skills and development
- services, projects and operations
Users can see the formats available and how long it will take to complete the session, allowing them to choose resources most suited to their preferences and available time.
