Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme recruiting next cohort
We are now accepting applications for Cohort 23 of the Digital Health and Care Leadership Programme (DLP). Led by NES, this programme will start in May 2024 and is designed for anyone who is:
- interested in digital health and care
- keen to explore how technology can benefit people
- developing their leadership skills
Applications are welcome from employees in NHS Scotland, social care, social work, housing and the third sector.
What's included
Fully funded places: There is no cost to you or the organisation. Places are fully funded by Scottish Government as part of the Building Digital Skills and Leadership Programme of work.
Team applications welcome: As part of the programme, you will develop and lead a digital improvement project within your organisation / team. We encourage teams to apply together to share the journey and learning.
Expert led learning sessions: There are 9 live learning sessions during the programme covering a range of topics that include: User-led Service Design, Leadership, Change Management and social media in Health and Care.
Networking opportunities: Participants will have direct access to experts in the field of digital health and care throughout the programme, including facilitators and speakers at learning sessions. On completion you will join the wider DLP Alumni community, be invited to alumni events and help to shape the future of the programme.
Peer support sessions: These support sessions provide the opportunity for small groups to meet in a safe space to share your experiences, progress with their project, raise any issues, and learn from each other.
The application deadline for Cohort 23 is Monday 4 March.
