National Workforce and Education Conference 2026 - Collaborate. Innovate. Transform: Delivering change towards improving health, social care and other public services in Scotland

Following on the growing success of the 2025 conference, we are delighted to confirm that we will once again be hosting the conference online over two days in April 2026.

Within the programme this year we are pleased to be hosting the Four Nations AI in Education Conference on the Thursday afternoon. Details can be found within the programme, session description and booking form.

This conference is for colleagues from all professional disciplines across health and social care with an interest in education and training, workforce development and digital solutions.

There will be a number of plenary and parallel sessions run by all professional groups and an opportunity for joint sessions highlighting interprofessional learning.

There will be no charge for participation.

From 1 April, NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and NHS National Services Scotland (NSS) will join to form Public Services Delivery Scotland (PSD Scotland), enabling transformation in health, social care, and the wider public sector.
