Healthcare Science Lead

With over 43 years service in the NHS, exclusively within the Healthcare Science profession, Mandy Scott is currently the HCS lead for South Yorkshire ICB. Mandy's clinical background is in cardiology but has held leadership roles at Trust, regional and national levels for a number of years. Mandy's role as HCS lead within the ICB ensures the HCS workforce has representation with regards to service planning and improvement, education and training needs, future workforce planning and transformation and the quality and safety agenda. Mandy also lectures on a cardiovascular, respiratory and sleep science course at Sheffield Hallam University.
