Lynnette has been with NES since 2005, working as Executive Office Manager in the Office of Chair and Chief Executive and then moving over to Planning and Corporate Resources Directorate. She is the Lead Unison Officer and was elected as the Staff Side Chair of the NES Partnership Forum in 2020.
Lynnette now works full time as the NES Employee Director/Staff Side Chair and has a key role in taking forward the Partnership and Staff Governance agenda for staff/trade unions.
