PBSGL – an evidence-based way to meet your Revalidation requirements

Have you considered joining or setting up a Practice Based Small Group Learning (PBSGL) Group to support you with Revalidation? PBSGL has been available to pharmacists and pharmacy technicians in Scotland since 2011. A number of peer-reviewed publications highlight the benefits that PBSGL members gain from regular meetings with their groups; including benefits related to CPD / Revalidation, but also a reduction in professional isolation) (A summary of the research can be found here).

NES Pharmacy continues to sponsor over 270 pharmacy professionals to participate in this programme, which not only caters for your CPD needs, but will also provide you with regular peer discussions for you to reflect upon for Revalidation. Do you fancy meeting with your peers at a time and place of your choosing, to discuss your practice in an evidence-based way?
