This calculator is only applicable to those who have not previously had a shingles vaccine. This calculator indicates eligibility based on age only. Individuals deemed not eligible due to their age may still be eligible due to severe immunosuppression/ severely weakened immune system. (Health care practitioners should refer to the Green Book).
