Centre for Workforce Supply

The Centre for Workforce Supply was established in 2021 with the overall aim to support the recovery, growth and transformation of the NHS workforce in Scotland, ensuring the sector has the right people, in the right place at the right time.

The CWS team do this by supporting the development and implementation of workforce interventions and policy, which help tackle national and place-based supply challenges.
