Management Training Scheme

Our mission is to improve the health of the people of Scotland and modernise the delivery of healthcare services. It is a hugely important task and we need to recruit the best graduates to build and develop the best health services. The NHS affects every individual, family and community in Scotland. The people of Scotland deserve high quality leadership in the NHS to deliver the high quality service they expect.

 

How to Apply

For both the General and Financial Management Training Schemes, you are eligible to apply:

  1. If you have attained or are expecting to attain a minimum
    degree grade of 2:2 (or non U.K equivalent) OR have successfully completed or are expecting to complete a postgraduate course e.g. Postgraduate Diploma; Masters, PhD; etc (or non U.K equivalent).
  2. If you are eligible to work in the U.K without any restrictions
    (unfortunately we are not be able support any applications
    where candidates require sponsorship e.g. Tier 2 Sponsorship).
