The effective leader uses a wide range of skills and behaviors. Many are finely honed through the school of “hard knocks” – that is experience. But starting out on leadership is different, and is arguably best supported by introductory discussions and activity. This short programme of two separate days will take you on a short journey through some of the key themes associated with leadership. It is a highly practical course. A two day course held over 3 months and a certificate of completion at the end of the course.
