Workforce Development

Workforce development aims to support NHS workers to adapt and develop in response to changing service needs

The educational approaches and resources in this section range across the Career Framework for Health from Healthcare Support Worker to Advanced Practitioner.  Individuals, managers and teams will find this section useful to access learning and development opportunities to develop their roles, support change, improvement and innovation and deliver safe, effective and compassionate care.
