Initiative: Little things make a big difference

The Little Things Make a Big Difference website has been designed to act as a gateway for health and social care staff to access a range of resources which support the delivery of person-centred care and enable staff to develop their own skills, knowledge and expertise. The site provides access to key documents and also valuable resources and current literature to support staff when delivering care for patients or service users or engaging with their carers and families. The site covers four main topics: Person-centred Care Approaches, Feedback Comments Concerns and Complaints, Participation and Volunteering and the Patient Rights (Scotland) Act 2011.
